Andrea
Office Manager
Andrea is originally from Farmington, Missouri. She has been with Dr. Borello since the doors opened in 2011 and has filled about every orthodontic position imaginable. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a degree in Fitness and Sports Medicine but is always the one buying ample snacks for the whole staff to keep them happy. She is married with 2 kids. When Andrea is not at work she is busy being her kids' chauffeur and traveling for their sports. So if you’re traveling and need to know the go-to spot for delicious treats in a new city, she’s your gal.
Brenda
Scheduling Coordinator
Brenda was born and raised in Arnold, Missouri. After graduating high school she attended dental assisting school at Bryan Institute. She has been in the dental field for almost 40 years and we’re so lucky to have her on our team. Brenda has such a kind heart and is starting her journey in crafting! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, son Jordan and two very spoiled dogs.
Brittany
Administrative Assistant
Brittany is originally from Bloomington, Illinois before moving to Chicago to go to DePaul University to earn her B.S. in Hospitality. She has over 12 years of customer service and has even worked at Disney World in college! After living in Orlando, FL (so she could see Mickey whenever she wanted) she moved to O’Fallon, Missouri in 2019. Brittany is married with a toddler and they love to play at the park and run errands together.
Jenna
Administrative Assistant
Jenna was born and raised in Hawk Point, Missouri. She has multiple years in customer service as well as her dental assisting certificate. Jenna is a competitive high level barrel racer with her horse, Benny! She has qualified for the Bonus Race World Finals as well as BBR World Finals. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family at their ranch!
Kim
Clinical Assistant, COA, EFDA
Kim is originally from western Pennsylvania. She now resides in O’Fallon, Missouri. She has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. She is the mother of 4 sons and she’ll gladly tell you some hilarious stories about how it was raising them all! She has four amazing grandbabies that she adores. She has the most contagious nervous laugh that spreads like wildfire when it happens and we end up having an entire office laughing and they have no idea why!
In her free time, she enjoys sand volleyball, going to the beach, spending time outside, and being a big baseball and football fan.
Gigi
Clinical Assistant, EFDA
Gigi lives in O’Fallon, Missouri with her boyfriend and her cute dog, Mac. She recently passed her EFDA test to be certified! She has a laugh that fills the room and is the best with nervous patients. She has almost 40 plants in her home and calls herself the crazy plant lady! She loves all things gardening, dogs, and the outdoors.
Carrie
Clinical Assistant, EFDA
Carrie was born and raised in St. Louis and has been in the orthodontic field for over 25 years! She married her high school sweetheart and has two sons, Cody and Kyle. She enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Joanie Grace!
Kate
Clinical Assistant
Kate was born and raised in Wentzville, Missouri where she was a competitive dancer for 16 years. She was a patient when she was younger and she enjoyed it so much she decided to come work at Borello Orthodontics! Kate also does some modeling for a local boutique. She is currently in college as well as coaching the high school dance team.
Jordan
Clinical Assistant
Jordan recently moved to St. Louis after living in Denver, Colorado for 20 years. She has been in the dental field for almost 2 years, is a certified x-ray tech, and has her dental assisting certificate. She enjoys paddle boarding as well as photographing weddings and engagements. She has a Shitzu-Poodle named Kimber and loves to time herself doing 1,000-piece puzzles!
Sydney
New Patient Coordinator
Sydney is from Wentzville, Missouri where she was a competitive cheerleader. She is new to the team and a quick learner! She has over three years of customer service and is great with our new patients. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time!
Tammy
Marketing Coordinator
Tammy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She has almost 10 years of experience in Power of One for business management! She has three grown sons, one bonus son, two dogs, and a wonderful husband! She enjoys visiting her property in Mark Twain during the summer with her family. Tammy also has a passion for helping people not just at Borello Orthodontics but also with her product called Color Street!
Addie
Treatment Coordinator
Addie was born and raised in Flinthill, Missouri. She has been in the dental field for almost 5 years and always has a positive attitude! She has two sisters and a nephew that she adores. She has the best dog who is named Kevin! When she is not in the office Addie loves to travel, enjoy time with her family and try fun new recipes!
